I am on hiatus from doula work at this time so I can concentrate on the needs of my own young family!

But there are several other wonderful doulas in the area. I’ve provided contact info for just a few of them below.

You can also search for local doulas at www.dona.org and www.cappa.net which are two of the larger organizations which certify doulas.

I recommend talking with at least two or three doulas to find the “right fit.” It’s not about hiring the doula with the most experience or the lowest (or highest!) fees. Your birth is going to be one of the most special, intimate experiences of your life. You want to be sure the people you choose to support you are going to make you feel safe, secure, and relaxed!
